I woke up this morning to a debit from my bank acct. of $9.99 from:

ANC*ARCHIVES.CO ANC*ARCHIVES.COM 888-8964442 UTUS. I have never spoken with these people in my life and I definitely did not authorize this charge.

Unauthorized debit from my credit card. Never checked statement as I use it to pay quite a few monthly automatic charges. When I finally thought I had paid the card off, an additional charge of 9.99 appeared on the final statement. I checked previous statements and found I had been paying an automatic debit of 9.99 every month for a year. Researched the website and I have never authorized this monthly charge.

Web site does not exist. Takes you to Ancestry.com. Nothing shows in any of the subscription options. Unable to contact or cancel. Never signed up for this, I do have Ancestry.com, and other sites I have with them all show in my links except this one. I haven't even used Ancestry for months. No one will cancel this or answer the phone.

I did not order this service. This company illegally obtained my e-mail address and my banking information. The cost was minimal which in my own stupidity caused me to ignore it. When I started to pay attention I called them but a recorded service said it would take a maximum of 10 minutes for anyone to respond but referred me to a website that would cancel coverage for a fee of $37. I filed a fraud claim through my bank. BEWARE

I enrolled in what I thought was a subscription for searching ancestry records. I have been getting a monthly charge of $9.99 on my credit card since the month October of 2016. I have been unable to contact this vendor to stop this payment. I call their phone number 888-896-4442 and all I get is a recording asking me for the last four digits of my credit card and the zip code for my card, they come back each time telling me that they cannot find my account.
