American Financial Security Life Insurance Co Sigma Care PLUS 100A is a fraudulent health insurance company and plan. They say they cover 70% of medical bills and confirmed my specific doctors were in network. Since May they have covered nothing. When you call one of the various numbers no one can give the same or an accurate, helpful answer. I have been hung up on, blocked and forwarded to lying individuals. DO NOT SIGN UP for what sounds like a good marketplace insurance.
