Do Not Trust this site

First off I thought it was coming from California because that is what it states on the site. Once I got the email and the tracking number I wondered why it was coming from China all the sudden. This is the email I got stating my order. Your order placed on 04/24/2025 for 2025 Amazon Warehouse Return Pallets - Last Chance to Order! has been shipped by FedEx with tracking number ZC00506352999 and a total cost of $98.98. I kept tracking by clicking on the link to the number and it was taking way to long because on the site it said if shipped in the US it will be 3-5 business days. So I contacted them by email and that is when they told me 13-15 business days. The tracking started showing USPS when it got to the US, and that was weird because the site says FedEx. I should have found that fishy then and there. I let it go due to being overseas and not knowing how the change over worked. Then it became 16 or 17 days later and nothing. I contacted them again. All they kept saying is be patient and thank you for your understanding. I have been "patient" for 34 days now and I have still yet to receive anything. I contacted someone at USPS and she told me that they should have given me a different tracking number when it entered the US. They did not. The last email I requested this new tracking number and they told me sorry they do not know what has happened but they are opening an investigation and to be "patient" and they will let me know what is going on. Needless to say, I am talking to my bank about a fraud/reimbursement claim.
