Type of a scam Worthless Problem-solving Service

The owner of the company I work for G.A.B Security LLC was contacted by Alpha Security Bureau (the scam company) to subcontract with them for security on two different sites. The sites where we had guards work were dangerous and the guards were getting complaints for no reason (e.g. wearing our company uniform and doing normal security duties). At first, they were not paying us to pay the guards but eventually, they paid late at night and through cash app and not the invoice that we sent for our payroll system. We are currently fighting with them for this round of payroll and we have since stopped our services with them. It has been a week and they are giving us the runaround getting payment to pay our guards. They at first said they couldn't read our timesheets (didn't have a problem the first time) so I personally typed them out and now they are saying they have to confirm with the clients (which again didn't have to do the first time). After doing some research they have done this MULTIPLE times and now it's getting to the point of seeking legal action. I don't believe this is a legitimate company at all.
