I ordered two pairs of breathable air-cushion trainers on the 5 May and I have not received them. I would like a complete refund of £59.98.

I would like to receive confirmation by email that this will be done, as when I ordered them I never received any information on when they will be delivered, just said that would that longer to arrived because of current situation.

I ordered online a pair of red sandals of £24.99 witch supposed to arrive in 7 working days but, this never hapened. Is there any way to claim my money back asap?

On May 1st I bought a pair of blue sandals - it was an advert, I clicked on it and it led to the merchant's site. The next working day 24.99€ were debited from my account. I was supposed to receive the shoes within 3 days. And I am still waiting. I can see they still sell them online at 39.99€, they say free delivery, blablabla. I don't know what to do. I don't speak English (my daughter is typing)...

J’ai commandé sur le site des sandales ethniques étant invalide ... déjà ils rajoutent 0.75€ de frais sans je dire et mon compte a été débité le lendemain de la commande soit je 3 mai 2020 de 26.74 €
Comprenez mon désarroi très peu de revenus et je pensais qu’avec ces sandales je pourrais essayé de marcher
