Ordered 2 bras in on April 23. I canceled the order on June 28. They arrived on July 8. They show as "XL" but they are more like a 34C not a DD which is what a US XL size is. Getting the runaround about returning them. They may well be a Chinese XL but not so in the west. The same day, I ordered from a different Chinese company and got the runaround from them under the exact same circumstances (their XL not being a US XL). I have read of other women's issues with the size and delivery times with this company. Shameful way of doing business - selling things that aren't right and not allowing returns.

I ordered a pair of shoes 16th May, finally received them over 6 weeks later. However the shoes are really crap quality, worth about £2.50 instead of the £25 that I paid for them! There is glue all up the sides of the shoes where the upper meets the sole. Plus of course if I wanted to return them to China it'd probably cost me about £30!
I have tried to email them to ask for a refund, but the email doesn't work and now the website is down. So I am trying to get the money back via my bank.

Ordered an “Amazing Bubble Ball” for my great grandson as a surprise. It took over 6 weeks to arrive (they took money out on 21st May),. I was able to trace until it arrived in Kazakhan, and then nothing. Finally it arrived - a rubber balloon which had a hole in it. Although I had ordered size 40 cms., it only measures about 6cms. I was asked for proof and sent them a photo next to a tape measure. I was offered 3 dollars (H.K), worth 30p in compensation, or if I returned it at my expense I could have a full refund. The amount taken from my account was £9.99!

I ordered bras in May they finally arrived but are useless and not as described. Have asked for refund but just keep getting offered a couple of pounds compensation. Facebook should check these companies before allowing them to advertise...with all the wealth face book has maybe they should refund us!

April 10th I ordered a Paint Roller Clever Paintbrush. I never got this merchandise until 6/24 and it is a piece of crap. There is no contact information and I never got a confirmation email. I actually forgot about it until $46.95 showed up on my credit card statement. Not able to contact anyone to send this crap back and get a refund. Can I get my money back?

Sandals ordered in March money taken, surprise surprise... no sandals have arrived! I'm unsure if we can get our money back? I already commented stating how in these unprecedented times these/this scammer profiting off people sickens me to my stomach. Needs reporting to Watchdog, Trading Standards.
