On 24 April 2020 I ordered a Bra and money was taken on 27 April by Allway Tech.My order has not arrived. I have queried this a number of times only to be fobbed off with message saying it is on the way. The customer service email address has now disappeared as has the company MyMyDeer who advertised this item on Facebook.

On 24th April 2020 ALLWAY TECH TOOK £24:99 out of our bank for Sandels ordered and have not received them to this day. Please can you help ? We wrote to them to demand refund , not got any reply , still waiting. Suspect now as a scam firm.

I ordered two pairs of breathable air-cushion trainers on the 5 May and I have not received them. I would like a complete refund of £43.98.
I would like to receive confirmation by email that this will be done, as when I ordered them I never received any information on when they will be delivered, just said that would that longer to arrived because of current situation.

They took my money on 16th May for t shirts. Apparently the goods are in Kazakstan and have been since 9th June. No sign of them moving on and no communication from seller, Winky Starr. Wont be buying online again unless I know delivery is from UK.

I ordered 3 bras. ALLWAYTECH took 39.99GBP on 6th may. Still not rècieved anything. Had email with tracking number couldn't find any info though. Wither send the bras or swnd refund immediately. These should be banned from any further advertising. Facebook need to do more to regulate adverts

May 7 ordered 3 bras but 2 @ $10.99 get one free. Was charged $67.00 they then turned around and charged up to $95.00!

I purchased three brassieres from tender-hearts.com, and the purchase indicated that it went through Allwaytech for 54.99. Now tender-hearts has been shut down (hosted through shopify.com) and my money and the bras are nowhere to be found. SCAM. Getting my money back from the bank, but goddamn it's frustrating.
