I contacted the company by email to request a refund for incorrectly advertised clothing -- they said they would accept the return and would credit me when the items were returned. I paid to have them sent to the Santa Fe Springs address, USPS number tracking sent to the company, and then when it was received, no refund. And they are now ghosting me and refusing to respond.

The company is also spelled Airris. And I was given another address: U.S Address:1495 Hudson Ave Ontario 91761, California Consignee: Leo

And I noticed that the company is based in Hong Kong.

I stupidly ordered clothes from them from an Ad on Facebook for $350 - they were NOTHING like the pictures on their website and nowhere near the the size advertised either. So I contacted them about doing a return. At first they were responsive through several emails (responding within 24hrs usually) and explained where I should send the returns. I spent $50 to return the items to the address they gave me with tracking through UPS and know the items were delivered on 5/31 and now they have stopped responding to all attempts at communication.

purchased 3 items from Airrys.com, when they arrived they were very substandard quality and not what they were advertised as. i contacted co. to return them but got no response. after 3 weeks, i emailed them saying that i was returning them to address on original label, called " Returns only (and the address) Then i got an email saying to take a picture and return them to a different address. i reported that i had returned them to original address, but sent a picture of items and tracking number and where i sent them to. So far it has been several weeks and i have sent them several emails, with no response from them. I want a refund, of $86.37. I contacted Amex who have credited my acct, while this is pending. i did receive 3 scam emails, saying that i had been credited, but when i send those emails to spoof@americanexpress, they bounce back saying they contain virus. their phone number 213 397 7959 is not operational. They need to be put out of business.

I purchased three items from their website, which I found on FB. They advertised high quality linen clothing. I received the three items, which were very poor quality cotton. They had no label on the garments, and there was no order number or invoice attached to the order. There was no way to track the item or to contact the company to send back the garments. Two of the three were so small, they would not have fit a child, and I ordered an adult Large. Their cell number is not in service, and they do not respond to emails. Once I went back and read through comments, I noticed that MANY people have alerted this as a scam. Thank you!
