My cousin Ofelia received 80,000 funded for 2000.00 cash, her friend received 120,000 cash she funded 4,000.00 and received cash from INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOC. IDA thru Agent Patrick Smith [email protected] and [email protected] and Team Manager Agent Floyd Patterson email address is [email protected]. I contacted agent Patrick Smith by email and asked Patrick If I qualified for the IDA GRANT PROGRAM. He said he would send me an application. Ofelia, mentioned it was tax free money and did not have to pay it back. Just needed to pay the case file payments depending on the amount I wanted. . My cousin sent me pictures of the package and the cash money she received ,,package was delivered to residence that arrived through Fedex, along with armed security. I chose the case file of 10,000.00 which i paid in full for the amount of 400,000. I paid for the forms, this included IRS CERT. 7500.00, 4 day DELIVERY AND SECURITY FEE WAS 4300.00. PLUS AN INSURANCE RENEWAL FEE OF 5000.00 AND A 500.00 FEE for U.S. CUSTOMS SECURTY CLEARANCE. Altogether was 28,300.00. I was paying 500.00 a day with my money going to numerous email recipients, at least 45 different emails approved and provided by Patrick Smith, Floyd Patterson, and their cashier. All three were approving numerous contacts email addresses for ZELLE payments through Chase Bank and I was providing them with the Zelle Chase transaction numbers. They would confirm to me when the contact received the payment. Floyd did not confirm received payments for 2 transactions, he has not refunded 1000.00 for two unconfirmed payments which he ignores. Just when my last 500.00 for U.S. Customs Security Fee was paid in full to Unique Bishop ([email protected]) for my 400,000.00 delivery package scheduled to deliver on May 23, 2015, Patrick emailed me that he had bad news. Floyd was involved in a car accident and I haven’t heard from Floyd since. Now, Patrick Smith will not reschedule my package or assign a new agent to deliver my 400,000.00 until I pay 5400.00 for Agent Patterson medical bills. I paid Floyd 5000.00 for Package Insurance twice, the first Insurance expired, I never saw a policy, New Insurance Renewal was 5000.00. Patrick and Floyd keep adding and adding fees to my package that I can no longer afford. At this point, even if I paid the 5400.00 I am not guaranteed they will deliver my package. They mentioned the package will go back to their Headquarter for security reasons until Agent Floyd is stabilized and Floyd Patterson will be the one to assign a new agent to delivery my package and once the 5400.00 medical bill is paid. These IDA payments are still active and BEING COLLECTED TODAY, and they are still scamming people. Maybe FBI or someone can help in finding these people and bring them to justice. A friend of my cousin Ofelia has recruited a friend of hers and is currently making payments to Patrick for 400,000.00 cash when her 10,000.00 is paid in full. PATRICK IS STILL ASKING ME FOR THE 5400.00 TO COVER Floyds medical bill. I will not pay it.
