DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The pants are horrible. Sizing chart and inseam descriptions are way off. Pants came with lose threads everywhere. I have been trying to return them- they do not honor either of their website posted guarantees. Trying to offer me $26-$52 to keep these horrible pants after paying $130. Won’t send me a return address. Keep saying I’d have to return to the UK (not where they shipped from) and taking the % saves me money. No. Tell everyone you know that this company is a total scam. The non-existent 1-3 star reviews on their site tell you everything.

I ordered two pairs of pants and they were terrible quality, especially for the price. When I contacted them for a return they tried to only return 20% of what I paid citing international delivery costs. I told them no I want to pay the delivery fees and return the item they then offered 40% of my money back. They need to state their real return policy on their website, it is misleading. They also do not disclose their physical address or any contact information outside of an email.

I purchased 2 pairs of pants. I immediately emailed to request a return, as the pants were of extremely poor quality and I do not want them. Instead of replying with directions and/or a return label, they’re going back and forth with me via emails trying to convince me to keep the items, or to accept less than half back of what I paid for them. That is only after multiple emails. Their return policy online gives no indication that you cannot return items as you would normally when shopping online. I suspect this is a scam. Cheap, poorly made items misrepresented as better quality online, then they won’t accept the returns. I’m very angry and doubt i will see that money returned.
