I received a flashlight that was very poor quality. I went to the website for Accusso, LLC website and tried to get to the refund/return policy, but the website will not allow me to get to that menu. I have sent an email but have not received a reply. The fulfillment company is Apollo, 888-689-4259. The address on the sender label is PO Box 19081, Akron, OH. 44319
