Scammer fishing for a call. They got my name and number somehow. Showing this as a warning to others.

Dear, *******************, this is a formal notice regarding your outstanding debt. Despite previous attempts to resolve this matter, it remains unsolved. Further action may be pursued if payment is not received promptly. Please contact us to discuss payment options at 945-293-6710

Got a call from a blocked number so I let it go to voicemail. The message was gruff sounding guy by the name "Scott Owens". He said he was the private courier for my area and had very important documents I needed to sign for and to have a valid ID ready. He said hed he stopping by between 12-4 and if I was going to be available I needed to call 800 321 9810. And reschedule. He then said consider that my warning of him coming. After serching the number I found it is definitely a scam.
