Called and said they are an attorney and a lawsuit was filed from Torrid. I have a court date July 15, 2025. They said they sent notification in May 2025 via mail (I didn’t receive anything) and they provided me with my home address, social security number, date of birth. Said I can settle with them and pay $700. I told them I didn’t know what they were talking about. I haven’t had a Torrid account for over 10 years. I told them I will contact my attorney.
