I was promised a $10 rebate after my purchase with headlights. They denied my rebate claim without my knowledge and I had an appropriate tracking # and order #4. Mercedes the Rebate rep was rude to me and condescending when I didn't have the tracking # in front of me and then claimed she lost signal when she hung up on me. Absolutely unprofessional you stole my money from me and didn't honor your rebate. I have everything documented and a proof of purchase.
