Paul Everett from the prelegal department left a voicemail that my ex-husband listed me as his reference emergency contact and to contact him for funds to be disbursed. I have been divorced for 16 years and do not have contact with him, as he has remarried. I will not respond.

I received the following voicemail: "Because you're being listed as an emergency contact for (husband's name), if you have any information that can lead to their whereabouts, please pass this message to them as soon as possible or have an immediate member of the family reach out to my office. Now the purpose of this message is not intended to scare anyone but I can say that the matter is urgent and very private. If you have any contact with (husband's name) press one and ask to speak directly to me Bryan Baker Legal Department." I did not call the number back since research shows that it appears to be a scam.
