"Kelly Turner" from an unknown number has called for the past three days and left a message about scheduled service from the courier division will be heading out to my residence and place of employment between the hours of 12 and 4. Make sure I'm available with a valid ID. Any concerns call the claims department at 866-576-4773.

I have my phone set to silence unknown camera and send them directly to voicemail. Below the transcription of the voicemail.
