Received phone call, then they called my husband. The first phone call left voice mail on my phone using a former name and they were both recordings.. We called the number back. He answered the phone B&B Law firm. Gave a phone number of 863-222-0600. Stated that I had taken out a PayDay Loan of $1200 back in 2020. He stated that they did a search and found 2 of my addresses (old and current) that it was un-deliverable to one address and then wanted to make sure that the other address was current. Stated that they were going after me for $4700 and that I needed to be served a summons. They were trying to insinuate that it was for my company, but my company was not established until 2021 3rd quarter. The gentleman was very rude. He stated would you like to know their offer to resolve information. We argued that we did not take out a personal loan during 2020. He stated that they would put have a IRS take money out of my wages/or refunds from my company.
