They sent me a text asking me to take a T mobile survey and get a free gift. After taking the survey I proceeded to pick my reward and a few days later I called to cancel my order as I felt something was off. As I was talking to the so called customer service representative she said I will go ahead and cancel your subscription, I don’t ever remember the website advising you the customer that you’re signing up for a subscription. This is my main complaint besides the poor quality of the product I received after my cancellation even though I was adamant of not wanting their products.
