Looked up Spectrum customer service, called 833-998-0004. However, this was not Spectrum customer service. They claim to be associated with AT&T and offered a better price for service. Asked for personal information, also recorded. Received equipment to activate, never activated. Called to cancel, unable to cancel, number not associated with AT&T. Fraudulent phone number and personnel.
