Cat tree never arrived. I kept following the tracking (different company does the tracking) and the parcel was in and out of a distribution center in Jacksonville. James, who I was emailing with, consistently said he understood my frustration and said he forwarded the issue to logistics and promised I would get the tree. It’s been since July 4th that this has gone on. It is Aug 26th.
