I bought an item from them and never received it. I was given a fake tracking number for my item. I was also sent tracking numbers for two other people with their names, emails, and addresses. We all had the same order number.

I ordered an exercise item through a website that seemed legit, it's been since July 11th, I can't access details about the order, and when I first requested information on shipping, I was sent a website to track the package which showed a basic "running late" message. I forgot about it and then remembered again in August and reached back out and it showed it was close to delivery so I left it alone, checked again and suddenly it says it was undeliverable so I reached out and was given some excuse that it should be delivered in a few days. Those few days came and went and now it's just showing randomly on a map. I fully believe I was scammed

Cat tree never arrived. I kept following the tracking (different company does the tracking) and the parcel was in and out of a distribution center in Jacksonville. James, who I was emailing with, consistently said he understood my frustration and said he forwarded the issue to logistics and promised I would get the tree. It’s been since July 4th that this has gone on. It is Aug 26th.
