I received a call as if it was from Medicare. They said they knew I was having back and knee pain which at the time I really never notified a doctor I was. They knew my address. Within a week I get two very good quality knee braces which I don't need. They enclosed an acknowledgement sheet for me to sign that would give them permission to bill Medicare. I did not. Not sure what to do with these very expensive braces. If I send them back that will cost me money. I don't know if they already tried to bill Medicare without my permission. They left a number for me to call and when I did, I get a recording saying to leave them a message and they will return my call. I did and told them I never ordered these items or gave permission. They have never returned my call yet. Can you notify Medicare about this?
