A letter mailed to me, giving the impression that it was from my mortgage company about a Home Warranty that was expiring and to call 805-221-8124, I did have my correct home address in the letter. The letter does not have any business name in the letter, does have a small statement at the bottom "Not all consumers have previous coverage. We are not affiliated with your current mortgage company."
