Took a personality test and was told it would charge me a dollar. I got charged $39.95 a week later and canceled my account which should have ended charged and I have been charged $29.95 twice after even after contacting them and being told that the refund policy is waved when I open the website.

They say it’s $1.25 to access your results, with no mention of a dual recurring subscription for $30 and $40 each. You have to go search their fine print to find the subscriptions. When asking to cancel one you will be signed up for the other.

I originally bought something online for $1, and it is now charging me $39.95 a month for a “subscription” that I am not using, and did not sign up for in the first place. The $1 purchase was supposed to be a one-time charge, with no reoccurring charges afterwards.

I took an online personality test which I agreed to pay $1.45 for. The website then continuously attempted to charge me $29.95. I emailed them and they tried to tell me I signed up for a subscription which I didn’t. I asked for these attempts to stop. I also ended the subscription even though I didn’t sign up for it. Then the next day I actually get charged the $29.95, after emailing them about it and canceling the subscription. I was able to dispute the charge but it was ridiculous and clearly a scam. I then also saw numerous reports online that this site is a scam and the same exact thing happened to them.

This company DID NOT have authorization to deduct money from my account. I did not sign up for a membership or use their services. They have taken $40 and then another $30, all unauthorized. I have notified my bank and canceled my atm card. There is no phone number to call. I've asked repeatedly through emails for them to stop taking funds and to return money. I do not have this money to lose. I am sick to my stomach over this.

Will say they will only charge you $1.95 for a test. There isn't ANYTHING stating they will charge you $40. They WILL charge you $40. Sometimes when you cancel a subscription they keep charging you.

I purchased an online test advertised as $1.95. I didn’t realize I was signing up for subscription and a few days later I was charged $40. I cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund, one was not provided. Then, on 7/26/26, I was charged AGAIN for $30 when I never used the site!!

It is a website with various different tests that they claim you only will spend $1.45 on to get the results. I paid $1.45 to them. A few days later, they took out $39.95 as a part of a subscription which was never agreed on. A few days after that purchase, I was charged an additional $29.95 which is a part of the ai program, which I certainly never signed up for. They said 1.45 was all that would be owed originally. Now it turns into multiple recurring payments which was never initially agreed on. It’s false advertisement, and a scam.
