I received the following email notification. I searched PayPal and checked the official support number.

You are receiving this email because your Amazon CloudWatch Alarm "An unidentified login has been detected on your Amazon account and a payment of 639.99 USD has been processed for a new order via your PayPal account. If you didn't authorize it, contact PayPal at: 1-970-303-4497."
