Unauthorized transactions not credited by bank

I noticed that there were 3 unauthorized transactions on my checking acct app. I went into my bank on the following monday and reported the fraud. My bank did the paper work for the investigation which i have not seen. I have since requested all the documentation. They made a decision in 2 days but i did not receive any letters stating they were investigating it or a letter stating the concluded no fraud or error was made. They claim the fraud dept called me (on a Sat) and they said they talked to me and I told them it was legit except i did not have a record of them calling me. I told them that and when i told them I didnt receive a call from them they insisted I did. I did receive a text from them which i missed. I have that in my records. I did not respond to the text. I have went into my banking institution several times to ask them to please credit my account which they refused. I was told the case was closed.
