I received this letter in the mail sayin "Final Notice" for expired factory warranty contract on my vehicle and i need to contact this number immediately. It has No Return Address Or Even An Email. Only a name & phone number. Its A SCAM!

I keep receiving letters from this "company" asking for my VIN and current mileage. I no longer have the vehicle listed on the letter. I don't even want to call the number on the letter. How can we stop this?

Received "Final Notice" mail from "Vehicle Services Division" with barcode, Customer ID ("YZA4514065") and "call by" date. It asked me to call a 1-800 number with VIN and current mileage. It has operating hours at the bottom with times, phone numbers, and a different number listed under "Se Habla Español" (1-800-813-6261)

I called the number listed on the letter under the name, Steven Wilson, program coordinator. The man that answered said his name was Albert. He asked for the customer ID number which was listed in the upper right corner of the letter. I gave that to him. I then told him that we had sold the vehicle. He asked, do you have another vehicle? I told him I wanted our name taken off the list. He hung up abruptly.

There was a second phone number listed at the bottom of the letter next to Se Habla Espanol 1-800-250-5716.

I received a letter from Vehicle Services Division Private & Confidential asking me to contact them about my vehicle service contract that is about to expire. I've never bought or even attempted to buy the vehicle shown on the letter. It asks me to call and give them my VIN & current mileage before 7/6/23. Steven Wilson Program Coordinator 1-800-205-2841 Operating Hours Mon.-Fri. 10:00am-8:00pm CST, Closed Saturday. At the very bottom it states Tuesday, July 4th only closed. Mailed from Zip Code 92799 on the envelope. No business name, return address or email address on envelope or included in letter.
