I received a letter saying to please call 1-800-205-2841 with VIN and current mileage before 1/30/2024. I have not contacted them regarding the vehicle service contract on my vehicle. By neglecting to activate your coverage you will be at risk of being financially liable for any and all repairs after your factory warranty expires. However, you still may have time left to activate coverage on your vehicle before it’s too late. Final acceptance is subject to your ability to meet eligibility requirements.

This may be our only attempt to contact you about activating your Vehicle Service Contract.

We reserve the right to revoke your eligibility for service coverage if you do not meet our criteria. Call within 5 days to ensure eligibility.

Sincerely,

Steven Wilson

Program Coordinator

They use your vehicle make model and year. Claim it's a final notice on a factory warranty and you lose the protection if you don't call ASAP. This is a scam. There is no verifiable information included and this is the third FINAL NOTICE I have received so far in the last six months.

Letter arrived regarding my vehicle as if it was a Toyota correspondence. The letter included the make and model of my vehicle, but asked that I contact them with the VIN and current mileage. Referenced an expiring vehicle warranty and that I needed to contact them immediately to activate the vehicle service contract. This scam letter was signed by “Steven Wilson, Program Coordinator, 1-800-205-2841.” For Spanish speakers: 800-250-5716.

No return address on the envelope, but was postage paid from Permit 699 and mailed from Zip Code 92799. No address given in the body of the letter.

Received a letter in the mail 1/16/24 from:

Steve Wilson Program Coord 800-205-2841
Vehicle Services Division
Private & Confidential
Regarding a FINAL Notice 2024
Customer ID: EST5241141

Regarding my factory warranty has oris about to expire. Call this number 800-205-2841

Called the number and spoke with a man but it sounded like a recording, and told them to remove my information. This was the second time I received this same letter and called them to have my information removed then.

They are harassing me and invading my privacy.

Fake notice from "Vehicle Services Division", marked "Private & Confidential". Lists fake CUSTOMER ID: EST4441231. The letter contains accurate current vehicle information for a vehicle I own. It has a valid USPS bulk mailer permit #699.

It requests me to "call 1-800-205-2841 with VIN and current mileage before 12/07/2023." It says "Our records indicate that you have not contact us regarding the vehicle service contract on your vehicle. You are receiving this notice because your factory warranty has expired or may be about to expire.... This may be our only attempt to contact you about activating your Vehicle Service Contract." It was signed, "Sincerely, Steven Wilson, Program Coordinator". A number appears in the bottom right corner in very small type face "000224277". No real company name or return address was included anywhere on the letter or envelope.

I also have received the "final notice" scam letter today from a Steven Wilson at 800-205-2841 telling me I haven't contacted them re: continuing my car's coverage and I have to call by 10 days. There is no company listed on this letter and it's obviously made to look as though it's coming from my car manufacturer... I initially thought it was. Looks like they've even assigned me a phony "customer I.D." in the upper right hand corner, lol. Yet another chiseler trying to manipulate people so he can make a buck.

Warranty Scam

I received a letter from Vehicle Service Division Form Steven Wilson asking to contact me to the number 1-800-205-2841 with my VIN and current milage. It supposes that my factory warranty has expired or about to expire.

I just received a letter in the US Mail from Steven Wilson Program coordinator vehicle service division. Saying my vehicle warranty is almost up and I need to contact them right away. When looking up the phone number 800-205-2841 there are other reports of scam. Be ware.
