We run a roadside service. They call and attempt to dispatch us to a customer that they have already charged. They attempt to make the customer believe they are a roadside company but they do not do the work themselves. They ask other companies in the area to do the work, charge the customer a second time (our price) then tell us not to let the customer see the invoice. We have asked them to stop calling us.

I called for a towing service waiting 4 hours and they never came contact them back and they said the driver wasn’t coming and when I asked for my money back they hung up I was with the police and the officer called and they told him it was the wrong number
