On 02/02/2026, I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Terrance Heard of Master Towing & Recovery & Repair LLC for $3,000, plus $80 for a temporary tag that was not valid. On 02/21/2026, I was pulled over and given a warning for not having a valid tag.
The odometer showed 188,000+ miles at the time of sale. I later learned the vehicle actually had over 230,000 miles and had previously been sold as junk. I relied on the mileage when deciding to buy the car. As a result, I overpaid and experienced repair and registration issues.
My family and I attempted to resolve this matter and requested a refund, but our efforts were unsuccessful.
I respectfully ask the Court to consider the harm this has caused and to suspend his business activities until the judgment is fully satisfied.
