A man left a voicemail addressing me by my first name and provided an order number, requesting that I return his call. When I called back, the first thing he asked was for me to verify my full name. I repeatedly asked him to identify the business or organization he was calling from, but he refused to provide any information and stated that he could not answer my questions until I verified my full name. Due to his refusal to identify the business and his request for personal information before providing any details, I ended the call and blocked the number.

Left a voicemail calling me by my name and saying they were from the “verifications department” (didn’t mention a company) and that I needed to verify info on my recent order. They even gave an order number, presumably fake because again they never mentioned what company and I don’t have any outstanding orders w the number they gave.
