Discovered the scam after I ordered.

I ordered a starter kit for $29.00. I was automatically enrolled in a monthly shipment. The email that was sent to me had the incorrect mailing address. I immediately reached out to their customer server email address, told it was too late- already shipped. Within 24 hours I emailed to cancel the order 4 days later I get a "Label created" email, which means it hasn't shipped. but there’s no way to communicate. No log in account and no response to their support email. I called my credit card company to stop payment and reported it as fraud.

Order never received and no way to contact company

I saw an ad on the internet about erthcoffee...a mushroom coffee...and I wanted to try it. I bought a $29 starter pack and an additional month's supply of coffee for $25 or so. I never received the coffee. When I looked at my account it said the order was on hold. I don't know why. I just want my money refunded....don't want the coffee and I don't have it anyway.

The website makes it impossible to contact them. Their email address is obviously wrong (because it ends in .co, NOT .com or .org) but I had to try it and my emails were returned undeliverable. There is no phone number or automated chat available. Very frustrating and I feel foolish.
