Person calling from (310) 872-2660 said they are Green Home Solutions, marketing a CA program based on a Senate bill to improve energy efficiency. They call from various spoofed numbers almost every day. Whatever number they use is often indicated as SPAM, but sometimes not. If you call back, a recorded message says that the number is disconnected. They say their rep "is in your area and can stop by to do an assessment". I'm trying to locate them to file a formal complaint. They refuse to remove my number.
