I just received a set of plastic steps you have to put together, in the mail today, I did not order this item. The return address is LEE, 147-04182nd ST., Jamaica, NY 11413. My wife ordered what she thought were size 6.5 Birkenstock sandals on facebook. What she got were not Birkenstocks and were about a size 9 or 10. The return address on the envelope she got the sandals in was from somewhere in China. Facebook is supporting a bunch of illegitimate businesses. Beware of what you buy on Facebook. You will get ripped off.

Hmmm that's really funny that you said I ordered the stocking ONLY, because in my order confirmation it says "Exquisite Tactical Stocking" and when I go to "View My Order" and the "Exquisite Tactical Stocking" on your website, it's advertised that it comes with other products, including "50 feet of #550 Military Paracord" and a "Stainless Steel 10 in 1 pocket knife", of which I DIDN'T GET THOSE! I don't know why you keep arguing, telling me you sent my items correctly when you didn't. If you think I'm going to go away and just let you take my money, you have another thing coming. I WILL bring you down and expose you for the fraudulent company that you are, including going to the BBB, but honestly you're probably not even accredited with them. Either way, you sent the incomplete item and you need to send me what you advertised or else I WILL file a lawsuit with your company and sue you for false advertising! This is your last warning to send what I paid for! Look at the attachments and tell me I ONLY ordered the "Storage Bag Only". LIARS!

I ordered product 1/30/2020 just received order yesterday 2/22/2021. Upon delivery the packaging was damaged and noted by the delivery person at USPS. The content was damaged in both packages and the order was incomplete. Upon assembly it was discovered parts were missing and the wind spinners would not be usable. Note that the packages were not open and parts could not have fallen out. Product was not as advertised and looks cheap. Would not do business with this company ever again and suggest no one else does either. I want my $94.26 back.

I guess I should have adhered to the "to good to be true" motto, when I saw the offer for this outdoor projection screen. The fabric finally arrived after being ordered nearly two months ago. I was expecting a larger package given your photo of the product showed it fully assembled on a stand. There was no mention of "stand not included" in any of your photos or marketing materials...highly deceptive. The type of deception that I thought ended many years ago.

How do we make Facebook aware of this scammer operating on their platform?
