I ordered a remote control dinosaur from a Facebook ad. It was supposed to walk, growl and have flashing lights. I received a cheap plastic 2 dollar dinosaur that does nothing. Tried to contact them and all I got was an email saying that they are not at work and will contact me later. I sent emails and a photo of the toy. They finally got back to me and said that was the correct product. They also said I ordered a string if led lights which I didn't order. The company is called learnmyday. I will have to call my back and put a block on this company and change my Credit card information. I hate scammers!

Ordered as far back as May. Been corresponding with the company. Told it was sent and to wait a couple of days. Months ago. Now the email address no longer works. They even said that they sent it again. Still in Edinburgh. And apparently it has been there since June

Ordered shoes on 8/5/21, tracking with them made it to the states and then hasn't moved since 9/5/21 from Carson City, NV. When I ask for a carrier company that it was delivered to they said to the USPS, but then they state they haven't been updated with the new tracking # from carrier. That was 2 months ago now, total 3 months from shoes shipped from France. I paid shipping insurance and asked to open a claim, they state they can't do that because the item is in route. What a scam. Bought shoes off of IG add, that company no longer exists online. Filled a fraud claim, but I'm sure I just scammes.

Ordered 3 x chicken garden ornaments. Coming from the USA. Arrived in Australia 31 July according to tracker email. Kept getting updated emails until it apparently arrived in Australia, then nothing. Kept contacting email address and getting stupid replies. I hate scammers, taking my hard earned money.

I received my flower/bird feeders. They were late in coming and one was broken upon delivery and there are no instructions to put them together. I need instructions. Don't think I will order from your company again

Ordered willow tree items two months ago.no show. I send them emails and they just say sorry... shipping info says it's in a city 3 hours from where I live for 3 weeks. they are scammers.why hasn't Facebook removed them as much as they scrutinize everything else.

I received 4 smart watches. None is working. No charger and no charge in them. Watch itself does not have a platform for a USB either. How does it charge? and how it starts?. Anyone knows? I am disappointed and furious.

I ordered the wonder arms total arms workout system I received it today 6/6/2021. When you see it on Facebook it appears to work fine. OMG! When it arrived it was not at all what I expected the box is broken it was too late was on the envelope as if someone else had ordered and sent it back, it didn’t work(A piece of junk ) no directions on how to return this item, I have no way of contacting them. On the envelope that it came in just have return warehouse address nothing else I am afraid to return it without speaking to someone not sure what would happen. I am also writing to PayPal to see if they can help me with this problem because they scammers. Save your money and never order from this company as me I will never order anything on Facebook again. I ordered three (3) solar items after a month an half it arrived, but only 1. Can't reach this company, because of this will NEVER purchase anything from FACEBOOK page again.

Ordered a patriotic wreath to hang on door. It was going to be a surprise for my husband who is a Korean War veteran. It was an American flag with an eagle's head at top center. Received plastic bag with lots of little leaf-shaped foam pieces in red, white, and blue. Also received 2 plastic eyes and a piece of gold foam. Apparently I am supposed to construct it myself. There were no instructions and no details on size of base or how to attach or anything.
