I order a gift for my Mom. It said I would have it for Christmas. I didn't get it. I was very upset. My Mom is 83 years old.. It has been in Albuquerque, New Mexico since 1/10/22. I fill like I have been scammed.. Where is my Mom's gift? I will never order off Facebook again.

I ordered a remote control dinosaur from a Facebook ad. It was supposed to walk, growl and have flashing lights. I received a cheap plastic 2 dollar dinosaur that does nothing. Tried to contact them and all I got was an email saying that they are not at work and will contact me later. I sent emails and a photo of the toy. They finally got back to me and said that was the correct product. They also said I ordered a string if led lights which I didn't order. The company is called learnmyday. I will have to call my back and put a block on this company and change my Credit card information. I hate scammers!

Ordered shoes on 8/5/21, tracking with them made it to the states and then hasn't moved since 9/5/21 from Carson City, NV. When I ask for a carrier company that it was delivered to they said to the USPS, but then they state they haven't been updated with the new tracking # from carrier. That was 2 months ago now, total 3 months from shoes shipped from France. I paid shipping insurance and asked to open a claim, they state they can't do that because the item is in route. What a scam. Bought shoes off of IG add, that company no longer exists online. Filled a fraud claim, but I'm sure I just scammes.

I ordered the wonder arms total arms workout system I received it today 6/6/2021. When you see it on Facebook it appears to work fine. OMG! When it arrived it was not at all what I expected the box is broken it was too late was on the envelope as if someone else had ordered and sent it back, it didn’t work(A piece of junk ) no directions on how to return this item, I have no way of contacting them. On the envelope that it came in just have return warehouse address nothing else I am afraid to return it without speaking to someone not sure what would happen. I am also writing to PayPal to see if they can help me with this problem because they scammers. Save your money and never order from this company as me I will never order anything on Facebook again. Ordered a patriotic wreath to hang on door. It was going to be a surprise for my husband who is a Korean War veteran. It was an American flag with an eagle's head at top center. Received plastic bag with lots of little leaf-shaped foam pieces in red, white, and blue. Also received 2 plastic eyes and a piece of gold foam. Apparently I am supposed to construct it myself. There were no instructions and no details on size of base or how to attach or anything.
