I bought 2 shirts form balconfoster.com which was an ad on Instagram. Instagram should be Scamagram or Conagram. I bought 2 shirts and the reviews all appear to be great, probably made up. It appears it was actually part of 24h-service. I tracked the package and it went by way of Spain, which is a bit odd. It took about a month to arrive and whe the shirts arrived, I was good just trying to get them over my head. Guess, I will have to donate them because there is no way to return them. FAKE email address.

I ordered product from them on Facebook and was scammed the say my parcel was shipped and provided a false tracking number.. I ordered before Christmas.

I purchased Clark’s shoes and was sent something that was inferior and too big. They refused to send me what I paid for and wanted to give me $3.00. I am going to report them to the BBB and Facebook as well as my Attorney General’s office. They are a big scammer company and needs to be shut down to avoid anymore fraudulent transactions to anyone else.

Ordered product. Was told it was coming from Ireland. It actually came from China.

Tracking info was vague to hide country of origin.

Product received was not as advertised. Dispenser was broken and unusable upon receipt.

Contacted seller and asked for a replacement. Was offered a $5 credit. I asked for a refund and was told they wouldn't accept it. I escalated a complaint thru paypal and they offered only $10 credit.

They sent me a Product i can't use and refuse to remedy it. Giving me a $10 credit when i paid $65 is essentially stealing $55 dollars from me.

I bought a car vacuum from February and until now, I haven't received the item and I haven't received my money back, this is the worst since I have been shopping online, I need answers, I keep a track of the item, each I get a email it is telling me, my parcel status has been change. I haven't got a call/ text/ email saying I can pick up my package, nothing about the item until now.

I am totally disappointed with how this platform enjoys taking people's money without having to refund back their money. I was a victim of there shady business, after making an order worth $2,500 and behold I got nothing for that and my money? All in the air, I got upset and bothered because I haven't lost such an amount online before.

I decided to find a way to recover my money by requesting for a refund but they're literally ignored and had to force me into seeking a cybersecurity attorney ResucRsc•com whom happened to be referred to me by my colleagues, I filed a complaint case to them with a referral number A1, with all necessary evidencial proofs to back up my transaction order claims, after 5 working days of continuos follow up on my filed case, I happened to get a recovery of my $2,500 fully refunded to my account. If I didn't take other legal alternative measures, I might have as well never gotten my money back, like others.

Facebook, the product didn't perform anything like the ad's and commercials on facebook. It was such a poor product, and worthless to anyone. I request a full refund they said that they could only give me 4USD.

I purchased a sweatshirt from “Makemajor” along with 2 shirts. After about 6 weeks..I received the t-shirts and got notification that the other parcel would be delivered separately. Then, 24hservice gives me “tracking” info for the package and it said the package was delivered at or in the mailbox. A sweatshirt would not fit in a letter slot..so they would have had to have put it at the base of the mailbox on the busy road! WHO delivers packages that way. I immediately notified them that in fact I had NOT received a package. They more or less have told me..”tough, we delivered it.!” DO NOT order anything from a company that would use this delivery service! They are thief’s!

It appears the real Ad on Facebook is being cloned. I received the eye cream that was drop shipped from China to an address in the U.S., then reshipped to my address. The product label on the Ad was written in English, however, the product I received both the box and jar labels were in Chinese without any instruction how to use in English. How can I be certain the product itself is the real one and not an imitation only. That's the second product from two different sellers I ordered from Facebook that did the same thing with FB Ad in English, but the product labels are in Chinese. Warning to people, be very careful and leary to make sure you get what you order and paid for if you buy from Facebook Ads.

I ordered the wireless car vacuum & it is so flimsy & not at all powerful as described. Also, the ad said it would "blow" but it does not. I was charged more than the receipt quoted and found that they had added sales tax of $8.46 us which is 29% of thd purchase price.
Walmart sells item for under $10 & with exchange to cost me $60.00 cdn
PayPal has NOT been any help and I want to return this product but so far no one has responded to mg email.
I am on a pension & can hardly afford $60 for a crappy little "toy" vacuum.

Never buy anything when you see PAYPAL Most scumers use it to get your money. I bought 2 of those vacuums. Paid by credit card, but my card was charged by PAYPAL. I still can't get the way to get my money back.

Exactly the same experience with me. Doesn't have the blow function and the suction is rubbish. They have offered me 8 dollars when it cost me over £30. I feel so stupid for being ripped off. Not quite sure where to go next with this. Not sure if trading standards would cover this.

Unfortnately, when I check tracking the package , it says that it is in China, and for destruction.
