Ordered 2 weighed hoops. They are cheap and flimsy the weight ball has to be filled with sand and opened as soon as I tried to twist it. I’ve emailed the company who said it will cost me a lot to return so clearly I cannot return. Please advise others not to order goods from here.

Very very unhappy and disappoint with this product I order about a month and a half ago and today I got it on the mail, with only one earring and the other is missing, plus looks like someone else used. I got it because I saw on instagram, do not buy!👎

This is a scam. As soon as I found out I ceased all contact with them ad reversed the transactions by charging 1 back through my bank and 2 more using Paypal. Both Paypal and bank are very understanding and helpful.

Dont bother asking them for replacements/ refunds. Cease contact with them (to save your sanity and deal with your bank/credit card/paypal. You will save A LOT of grief doing so.

Call your financial co. Immediately and tell them about the scam. If you payed with card if not your money is lost.

You're more than likely not going to receive it. I bought something off a FB online store "Triumphantlye" and the shipping and tracking info they provided was not active on any global tracking apps. If you paid through PayPal open a case to have your money refunded in full. If not, contact your bank to have it reversed - good luck.

Stupidly ordered bras from Bliss Wish advertised on Face Book. Got the run around in shipping. Finally received items and they’re too small. This is when the email adventure begins! I’m currently on #22.

100% A SCAM! I ordered something of insta and got a daily shipping notifications letting me know my item was in transit, but when I clicked the link it just said it was in a sorting facility in Edmonton and hasn’t moved for 4 months. Customer service initially seemed very helpful and said they were sending me another item, but I just started getting the same shipping notifications dated from March, saying my item was in a sorting facility in Edmonton. Did some digging and learned there is no sorting facility in Edmonton. So basically, they have fake shipping email that sends on repeat. When I asked for a refund, they said no. When I asked if it was a scam, they stopped responding.

I noticed an advert on Facebook for some cute Christmas tree ornaments and decided to order some for my youngest daughter. That was my first mistake!

To date, I have spent the last 8 months chasing my order which now feels more like an elusive Unicorn.

They apologised after a few months and told me they had resent it... No they had not and here we are in July 2022 STILL WAITING!

In the pictures it shows how many times I've tried to contact this company to find out what's going on and the first contact I had with them. Its starting to read like War & Peace now... Shameful!

It’s been about 3 months now and have not received my order I keep getting emails from the tracking company and it says it is now in the USA that it’s been shipped out of Italy it’s a scam I have received nothing!

Ordered a woman’s romper and it is too small on the bust area. They will not exchange it. The tracking says it’s coming from Italy, but it is coming from China - as indicated by the packaging when it arrived. Stay away from this company.

I ordered a pair of high quality walking/hiking trainers, size 3.5. Received a size 6.after waiting and tracking order for 9wks.
I e-mailed constantly with my complaint e.g wrong size received, very poor quality, scuffed and does not match description advertised.
I asked for full refund and paid returns label. I was told they will not accept returns or exchanges.
They accused me of lying about the size I ordered. And that their is nothing wrong with the quality.
I have repeatedly requested a full refund £28.99.
I was told to keep the shoes and still thanking me for being understanding.
I’m still requesting a full refund.
The accusations remain.
Can you help me get a refund please.

Ordered from Facebook beginning of March. The tracking number showed it arriving in Oklahoma from Italy and then low and behold a new tracking number is issued and now it says it is in China.
