I guess I should have adhered to the "to good to be true" motto, when I saw the offer for this outdoor projection screen. The fabric finally arrived after being ordered nearly two months ago. I was expecting a larger package given your photo of the product showed it fully assembled on a stand. There was no mention of "stand not included" in any of your photos or marketing materials...highly deceptive. The type of deception that I thought ended many years ago.

How do we make Facebook aware of this scammer operating on their platform?

I ordered a battery operated miniature chain saw from an ad I saw on Facebook. It finally arrived but did not have a battery or charger included in the package. The cost was placed on my Visa card. Ordered a blanket Dec 23 2020 . Received 2/17/2021 The blanket appeared a size to fit on the back of a chair. In reality it won't cover a Yorkie dog . I guess as it has been said in the past a sucker is born every minuet. I would like my money back and these people put in jail. I would love to press charges if there was a way. Probably not!

I ordered the nativity scene, the large one made of pvc pipe. Received the cardboard small one. How can I get my money back. You could not see it if you used it on a table. You sure cannot use it outside. It would ruin in the rain. Why would you sell a cardboard product for the yard. I would never have bought it if you had not said made of PVC pipe. I, too, ordered a nativity scene which looked like it was at least three feet tall and three feet wide in the video. What I received was a corrugated cardboard scene which measures 13.5 inches wide and 16.5 inches high. Seems like parts are missing to fully assemble it. Totally misrepresented what showed on video. Total refund should be sent to me.
