We got a text message from 616-229-8479 stating "We're contacting you about your health policy with an outstanding balance. Call your agent at 218-607-1649 to review your details. Reply STOP to end". When we called, they asked us to verify the policy owner, name and date of birth, and the insured individual, name and date of birth. They then attempted to get the business debit card number so they could "research" the transaction. I declined and they hung up. I called back and asked what the company name was, and they hung up.
