I was told that PHH Mortgage Services was now the servicer of my loan account. The account was supposed to be transferred from BSI Financial, account number 7911432313 and that was not the name of my mortgage holder. I was told I could do online payments and that would have given them access to my Banking information. I called my mortgage company and was told there had been no transfer of my loan to another company. I thought something was fishy.
