I received an email stating that my complimentary trail was over and they were withdrawing $198.32 for a music app membership. I called to cancel. When they proceeded to tell me that my identity had been stolen and that people where trying to purchase items with my identity at that very moment, from Florida. They continued stating they were going to need some information from me I hung up. The email looks like an invoice.
