Not ever again

Order a hoodie and a blanket Thursday of last week. Spent $104.00 for Christmas presents. Then I go to check up on the order status and no text or email. I looked more into it and I google their name a poof I see zipy hoodie scam. Now I'm pissed off they better get my package here or the police I go.

This website is powered by SHOPIFY... This is easy to fix! You need to contact SHOPIFY ASAP and report it as FRAUDLANT and a Scammer site using their technology and they will remove it ASAP! Shopify dont want any more negative press and have had LOADS of these scammers over the years as their websites are so easy to build and look very legitimate! Also, notice they are using REGISTERED trademarks, art and names (such as CBS, BBC, CNN, and Disney). These are globally TRADMARKED materials which means they are in huge trouble if their are NOT legitimate. Contact these companies (especially DISNEY) and warn them. This for sure will get this sorted! Especially the Shopify complaint.

Same experience, ordered a tee and never got a confirmation email, tracking number, or anything. It has been like 3 weeks since my order and surprise, it's not here.

I also placed 2 orders for 2 different hoodies for Christmas I sent 3 emails and tried to call but the number they provide is for Medicare. I paid with PayPal and filed disputes on both. I wish I had looked at reviews before I purchased from now on its Amazon or nothing. Honestly companies lose sales because of spineless scam companies like this being aloud to sale and scam people who work hard. I hope I get my money back. DONT BUY THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM

I too had the same problem, the phone #’s were a Medicare hit line, the tracking number was no good. I emailed them three times, with a response that they would look into it and get back to me. Finally, I was fed up and contacted my credit card company and they were going to check what was what and contact them. The next day my order magically appeared. So for all the people with this problem, contact your credit card company and maybe your order will appear.

I worked with PayPal and finally received my order. I gave Zipy (referred to as Cause Hoodie by PayPal) this website and suggested they help all of you resolve your issues. I also suggested they say on their website that their products are made in China. I would not have bought it if I had known that. The jacket is as expected.

The same here I order a Hello Kitty hoodie for my daughter because she loved Hello Kitty the email they sent me with the confirmation doesn't work how old is the PayPal I have to put in a plain beer but I'm about to Total scam I pay these people $48

Same thing here, placed order thru EBAY paid with PayPal. Confirmed order gave tracking number. And that was the end of that. Definitely a scam !

Wish I read these reviews before purchasing from them. Same thing, never received any confirmation on my shipping info, says not available and its been over a month now. Though it could be trusted, website looked legit and was one of the first to pop up on Google search smh.. number 1-(561)-437-4324 for customer service is for Medicare like someone also stated, they never returned my emails either.. Do not purchase, it is a scam

UPDATE! I received my hoodie today. It seemed fishey at first and I thought I was scammed but they are legit, bad customer service if anything though. Hoodie is nice and as expected. Hope everyone else gets theirs as well. It did take over a month to recieve but finally got it

Was listed as a website on google shopping. Ordered a hoodie and said 3-5 day delivery, after 3 weeks, nothing. Tracking info says it is not valid, and shipping company is out of UK. Have emailed and not gotten a response, have tried to call # on website and it is answered as Medicare helpline. Paid for order using paypal and when I go into the purchase history, they have a different # and account name is cause hoodie. This # rings busy and hangs up. Have seen 100's of comments on social media in the past week stating that this is scam site, and numerous others have had the same result.

I ordered 2 hoodies from Zipy hoodie, i tried to get a hold of them. all phone numbers are fraud 100%, wont answer emails, suppose to be sent and were not 1 hoodie was 36.49 the other was 38.11 .

I placed an order on line November 11, 2021 I have tried to call the telephone number1-561-437-4324 it says that this is Medicare. I was sent a email saying that my orders has shipped when I try to track the package it tells me that the tracking number has been changed and I will have to wait 1 to 2 weeks for the package to be returned to Zipi Hoodie, when I tried to track it again with no luck. The money has been charged to my card but no product. I would say this company is a scam.
