Haven’t received my package of a Mickey Mouse Hoodie or a refund. I have reached out to them several times and have not heard anything back. Would like to have someone to let me know something or I will report them as a scam to the Better Business Bureau. Don’t want to do this but look like I have no choice.

I paid $78.00 for two hoodies from these people. Have not received them yet. I have tried e mailing them it’s a scam email mail same with telephone number. I’m going to have to go to the Federal Trade Commission on these people now. I have my receipt in my photos. I want my freaking money back

My experience is I paid $44.95 12/14/22 , received a fake tracking number, sent three emails….still nothing.

I have involved my bank.
Still waiting on my Tom and jerry hoodie

I feel stupid that I didn't do my research before I ordered. I really should know better than ordering off any FB adds. Seems like they are all shady, especially when they have a "quality" looking store front and ALL the reviews sound the same and are 5 stars. That's how they get you.
Ordered my hoodie in November 2022, got a bogus tracking number within a week, emailed them asking for a legitimate tracking number, but no response at all.
Hoping it arrives and it is correct, but not holding my breath. CC company says I have to wait another month before I can file a claim, but Zipy Hoodie still keeps getting their money.
Don't be like me - DO NOT ORDER from this site!
Same Experience as Everyone Else - No Product, Bogus Tracking Number, No Email Response, Etc.

Ordered a sweatshirt took over a month to receive and finally got item and it wasn’t even the item I ordered tried emailing them 11 times no response also tried call and no response as well as Facebook messenger and got no response from there either wasted $50.00 on a sweatshirt as a gift that I can’t even give photos of what I ordered and what I received

I ordered 4, and I still haven't received anything. The order was put in on Oct 29, 2022. Don't play with my money! I don't have it like that. It's a shame how this company is getting over on people that are trying to purchase these hoodies and are getting scammed. Please somebody do something about them. Now I have to figure out and fight to get my money back. 🤬🤬

I ordered my hoodie, on September 26, 2022. And i still haven't received the hoodie. An they won't reply to any of my emails, And I have requested a refund several times. Do not order from this website.

Bought a zip up hoodie for the wife as a gift and it arrived with backwards print on the front. Tried contacting the company via email several times (both by using the contact page found on their website and from my email account). Also tried calling the phone number in their website but it’s for a company selling supplemental Medicare plans.
Print is backwards on front of item and can’t contact company to receive a replacement or refund

Yes, their phone number is fake, their customer service number doesn't work and they do not reply to email inquiries. But I did receive my hoodie today and it is beautiful, size generously correct and fabric and workmanship are quality. I used PayPal to pay, opened a dispute when it appeared this company is fake, PayPal got in touch with them and a week later the hoodie arrived.

I ordered 2 hoodies from this place, 1 Custom & 1 Rick & Morty with the guarantee it would be here on 12/24/2021. Never got them. Tried to call them at the number on the website and it’s a Medicare hotline number. I emailed them numerous of times, no response. I filed a complaint with my bank which reimbursed me the 80$ until their investigation was finished. This was in January 2022. Finally, Zipy sends 1 hoodie January 18, 2021. Only 1 damn hoodie. I received a letter from my bank stating I had to pay them 80$ back because I received the goods ordered. Which I didn’t. Zipy still owes me a hoodie. But, Zipy is a fraud ordering site and should be shut down. By them sending me the 1 hoodie they had proof something was sent to me that’s what my bank decision was based off but the fact is those scammers only sent 1 damn hoodie. I paid for 2. And this place is in China not the U.S or Canada.

I ordered 1 hoodie from Zipy Hoodie. It took forever ever to get and it is absolutely crap quality. It’s like wearing a piece of cardboard. What a waste of money.

PSA: I called the 1 800 contact numbers 1 was some medicare answering service type situation and the other just rang and rang never being an answered. When I saw that, I FELT IT VERY SKETCHY AND WAS SURE I HAD GOTTEN BEAT FOR MY MONEY! ORDERED 1/28/22, ARRIVED AT MY DOOR 3/1/22! My order was correct in it's entirety. IT'S COMING FROM CHINA Y'ALL... that's why it takes soooo long. Truthfully, had I known it would take that much time, I wouldn't have ordered. For that reason I won't again but I did get my order, Ronda.
