I clicked on a Facebook book ad to promote small business. After many questions, It suggested free trials. I did submit the free trial for $19.95 via PayPal. Then the app, asks for your website item to enhance and it immediately uses a boost word and more charges for a $39.95 subscription. Nothing was ever confirmed in an email, they just take your money. I reported to pay pal, they denied the refund for $19.95. I immediately removed my card and now will have to contact my credit union. There are reviews all over online stating the same story. They take your $ and it stops there providing nothing in return.
