I purchased clothing on zansail.com on Aug 17 2026. After waiting 2 weeks I tried tracking the shipment and noticed it was coming from China instead of US like the website said. After 3 weeks tracking no longer worked so emailed company requesting an update. They sent a new tracking link and after a week it showed it was in my town but after another week with not receiving it I contacted the zansail and requested a refund as I believe it got lost in the mail. They said they would contact the logistics company and never got back to me. I waited a couple more days and requested a full refund. They said logistics showed package was signed for or the address given was incorrect and would only offer a 30% refund as they lost money from the sale. I emailed back stating I would only accept 100% as I did not receive the goods I payed for. I have not received any communication since.
