I bought a walking pad and an exercise stepper from a store I found while scrolling Instagram. There were a lot of similar ads from similar stores and I finally saw the ad for the thousanth time and decided to make a purchase. The link i clicked on from Instagram took me to a website called Shady Counsel and I placed my order there. The items I purchased we never received and to my knowledge no attempt at delivery. I have since reached out tot he company with no success of contacting anyone. When I clicked on the link provided in the email to take me back to the site, it took me back and I was able to find a phone number to call. When I called I spoke with someone and they said they would file a dispute and someone would reach out to me soon. After not hearing back from anyone from the company I tried to go back to the website to get the phone number and noticed it was shut down. It had error messages saying the URL could not be found. Now when I click that same link it says the website is under construction. I have filed a dispute with my bank (Chime) but have not had any results as of yet. I need a refund since i never received any equipment and when I google the name of the business it comes up as scam alert. I wish I knew this before I made the purchase!

I made a purchase on a website that I received a text about to confirm I was the one making the purchase, I confirmed because I was trying to buy the chairs on the website but afterwards I started receiving random charges from other companies for almost 400 dollars in total. I tried disputing with my bank but the bank says no error was made I guess because I confirmed the purchase.

I saw a ad on social media for a walking pad. I've seen them elsewhere and didn't think it was a scam. So many people commenting thanking them and talking about the purchase so I went through with it. My bank denied the purchase at first for fraud so I didn't think much about it until a email appeared for order details. There was about 8 free items then the walking pad. Shipping was supposed to be within 48 hours and I never got shipping details. The email isn't active I cannot find the video on fb anymore and there is no contact information for the fake company. They also tried to take $499 for some electronic place and then another $229 purchase for trendy wall stickers.

I seen a ad on face book for a walking pad on sale 39.99 with alot of comments from people stating they had the walking pad. After i purchased about 2 am random debit amounts were trying to be taking off my card 249 , 49.80 from store ive never shopped at or gave permission to take from my card only purchase was made was to zzenshop .. its been weeks now no walking pad no tracking number nothing.. all emails & phone numbers listed are fake!

I bought something through the website. Today that exact amount was attempted to be taken from 2 other company names, along with a company called Electro Deals Shot taking nearly 2,000 in multiple charges.

I thought I was ordering a foldable walking pad, but this is a completely fake company! I placed the order and the very next morning my credit card was fraudulently used. I knew it was something as a result of my purchase the night before…my card hadn’t left my possession. When I tried to contact the company itself the email for customer service was fake and the phone number was listed with the last four digits crossed out. It was only after I filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company that suddenly they emailed me saying I was being refunded. Don’t spend money with this company!

I saw an ad on Facebook for a foldable walking pad (think treadmill but only a pad) for $39.99. It said it was on sale from $100+. I bought it because that seemed like a deal. I was a little sketched out during checkout but I thought I was getting a deal so I proceeded. Then they tried to take $449 from my account on top of the $39.99. So that’s cool, but of course it didn’t go through. Now I have to lock my card. ??
