I placed a legitimate order in May 2026. I was unaware that this purchase auto enrolled me in a monthly subscription. I did not authorize the auto renewal of my order and I was not notified that the order was due to process. I only received notification once the subscription order was processed the following month (June 2026). I immediately contacted their customer support and requested the order be cancelled and my subscription cancelled. My subscription was cancelled so no future orders will be processed. I was notified that they were unable to cancel that June 2026 subscription order and that I should refuse the order. At my location I am unable to refuse an order so I would incur the inconvenience and cost associated with returning the shipment as well as incur a restocking fee once the shipment was returned. This is unacceptable as I did not authorize the subscription in the first place.

My wife purchased some cosmetics from them, I believe from an ad she saw on Facebook. They have since sent two orders of Yuri Korean Beauty Collagen Night Wrapping Mask, which she did not order, because they have her credit card information.
