HONOLULU PD POLICE REPORT#: 22-036716
This man, Ene Tua Jr. is swindling unsuspecting homeowners by creating fake businesses on YELP, signing remodel/construction contracts, taking 50% or more upfront for labor and materials, saying he will file permits to delay project (he has a bogus license so he cant file permits) and then never showing up for work, or doing minimal work, then no-shows and texts/calls with homeowner for as long as possible to keep their money but never comes back to work!
He has taken over $20,000 from us, paid off others with it to take down their bad Yelp reviews, and owes thousands to other homeowners as well. We watched him go on vacation through a family members Facebook, while he lied to us that he had COVID, a family member died, etc.
Google his name: Ene Tua Jr
Yelp his Honolulu business Yelp account that has changed names since the bad reviews: “APK6 consultants” formally “YSB INC”.
He uses fake addresses for his business invoices and changes his number periodically after getting burned. He lives in Kapolei or Waianae.
His picture is hanging in Hawaii Hardware wanted for stealing thousands in material.
We hope to share this so no other homeowners experience what we have, and are left picking up the pieces he leaves behind..
