The only reason I stumbled on this site was because I googled the phone number of the guy who I’ve paid for trademark registration and he’s hitting me up for more money a year later. Turns out, he’s doing this to other people and he is a fraudster. I called him on his BS. Stay away

I can't tell if this first part of the story was related to them or not, but originally I got a text saying that I was being informed that someone was taking the name of my business and I should get a trademark on it. I went and found a trademark website in a panic, thinking I was going to lose the name of my business. I went on to a trademark website to figure out how to get a trademark at www.legacytrademark.com. They said they would file the trademark for the name of my business. I paid $1050 for the service for 3 categories. Then a month or so later, they called me to say someone else was trying to take the name and their legal advisors said I should file my logo as well under 3 categories of business to make sure I won the trademark war. So I paid another $1050 for the logo in 3 categories. A few months went by and they just emailed me and said the government got back to me and sent me 2 pdfs saying they were from the USPTO. And that I owed approximately $3000 more for the registration fee. My husband then contacted the USPTO and they said that the pdfs were fraudulent and even though the trademarks are in the works and registered, the pdfs they sent me were not from the USPTO and they were fraudulent. So they basically tried to get $3000 more out of me...

Don't call them for trademark anything. A completel scam. They also will call you over abd over again. Don't use them a scam . I don't know how many times I have to warn you..They are a scam

I was applying uspto trademark and found this company document seems very fake and messages seems doesn't make sense, i am not very sure what did i encounter but the i can't find their business record, the thing i wanna figure out first is this a real uspto report or not
