Maryjane Byarm solicited products via YouTube to her personalized website to generate earnings to help her with her world tour.

I purchased a product called Nyle Natural Hair Oil for $19.90 10/23/2023; marketed & advertised, I never received the product.

I attempted to contact her via email solicited; I was ignored.

Unfortunately, this YouTuber solicited my name in (1) of her episodes without my consent as if the product had been mailed / customer pleased with product (not received).

felt mislead by a financial advisor on youtube. Inaccurate information posted on public platforms about the health of stock tickers. Found out he had open investments on stock options expiring on 6/21/24 yet continued to state "long term"

I don't know much about legal precedence, but I feel mislead and manipulated. I feel this isn't unethical and shouldn't be acceptable

I had rescued a pup who had no training and after a couple of months I started looking for a reputable training program. I found Dairy Dell right here in Petaluma and we were excited about that. Meanwhile i got sent a text asking if all my questions were answered back that I was working with Dairy Dell which is 10 minutes away. I told Scott ( one of the owners of K9 Off Leash) that I was with Dairy Dell and would be going there but thank you for responding and I thought that was that. As I was using Dairy Dell. I received a message from the Off Leash K9 saying our assessment date was February 25 in PLEASANTON!!!!!! I told them very quickly that there was no way I was gonna drive to PLESANTON its at least Two hours drive one way!! Told them I was not going to that assessment So they had plenty of time to cancel I cancelled them. Matt Bischof ( another owner) told me he couldn’t give my money back (he had to pay the trainer and the most he could give back was half $780. For zero service they had my cancellation notice in plenty of time and I had been telling them all along I wasn’t interested. They kept at it and that’s what I’m here. This K9 Off Leash was getting my texts that I was sending to Dairy Dell were hacked and they would just keep sending me messages like I was going to use their service. They have had problems in giving the money back. They are all over YouTube and Facebook but when I was trying to find them through ScamPulse.com they had no information about them. They have been sued for animal abuse and other things. So everything is not as it seems. Skye Prince has ads - web pages on Telegram, You Tube and X. Their medical treatments are offered for in Med Beds with numerous videos and testimonies. Very inviting, and all false unfortunately.

YouTube Google LLC started watching me on YouTube while watching their videos. I purchased a EBT Card and my identity was stolen. I started being watched by YouTube on their Moto G Play Phone and I was referred to look up "shamanism" on YouTube when I continued to watch a Shaman who eventually started watching me and giving me advice on what to do. Over the past two years I have been spied on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram where I also filed a ScamPulse.com report for Instagram accessing my personal information and spying on me on my phone. I now have an iPhone, YouTube again is continuing to spy on me. Please prevent this from happening again.

This fraud, using youtube(https://www.youtube.com/@investwithcm) to post her stock investment advertisement to attract people pay membership fee to join her investment group(Discord) to make money in stock market(she targets Chinese people using Chinese language), at beginning, I paid $192 for the first month(this is monthly fee), during the first month membership, I saw that she also traded stock options but she said to the members, stock options only open for longer term membership, like season or yearly membership, at that moment, I didn't know that was kind of fishing trick to trap people to buy longer term membership, the worst of worst, she had some other people to helps her to acts like, even you buy a longer term membership, you can quit at any time and get rest your money back, this is the worst part, because as members, we use Discord to communicate each other inside the Discord, in our group, one of her people acted like he wanted to quit and She(CM) just let him go and get rest of his money to let people believe that at anytime, you can get your money back if you want to quit. So I joined her yearly membership with discount, that was $1850 for 12 months membership. then She(Her name is called CM) recommend us to buy SQQQ, which is ETF, short three times QQQ, I bought by following her recommendation and lost a lot of money, then I started to regret for what I did and want to quit, at this time, She(CM) told me that after you bought a longer term membership, then no way to get refund and then showed me some document that said as long as your bought longer term membership. Then no way to get your refund, in my memory, I never found or saw this kind of document and shouldn't have such document regarding refuse refund. I said in Discord group that the way you treat us like fraud, then She(CM) kick me out of Discord group without refund my money, this happened after 7 days I paid for yearly membership fee($1850), This happens one month ago and my credit card company continue helps me to get my money back even She(CM) refuse to do so.
