Bought "risk free" lotion. Their website wont let you continue without ordering eye cream also. I reported this and they cancelled the eye cream. I never saw a 14 day response was needed to cancel before charging me $100 for lotion to be sent again automatically. False advertisement...NOT risk free!

They offered to send a free trial sample; "risk free" of Youth renu skin care cream; for shipping and handling. When I was on the connecting site to order the sample cream, they made it impossible to go through the screens without adding an eye cream, but it said a free trial risk free; so I added it to proceed with my sample. I received the products in the mail. Then noticed my charge card had two separate charge one for 85.97 and one for 89.97. When I contacted the company, they told me too bad, it was advertised, however, not on the screens in which payment was made and the order was placed. It is located in a hidden spot on the website. When I threatened to contact the ScamPulse.com they told me they can reimburse me only 35% of the product. They did reimburse my charge card 30.08 and 31.48.

they have a website that says 30 day free trial for their skin product. if you get he trial, they will charge you almost $100 a month for subscription that customers do not aware of. When you call the company, you will never get a response. Scam!
